Sanjary Educational Academy Society Invites professional educational institute for accreditation which include Saudi Arabia , Qatar , UAE , Bahrain , Oman , Yemen , Sudan , Egypt , Turkey , Singapore .

ACCREDITATION OF TRAINING, EXAMINATION & CERTIFICATION PROGRAMME

1. PURPOSE OF ACCREDITATION / CERTIFICATION:

Purpose of Accreditation / Certification of education programs in Quality Assurance (QA ) Quality Control ( QC ) , Welding Inspection, Piping Inspection, Safety (HSE), Piping Design etc. is to assure the high quality of training and certification to Engineers, Individuals, Industries and Society to get maximum benefits.

The accreditation / Certification process developed by Sanjary Educational Academy involves assessment of the Quality Training Programs offered by all branches of the society ( Sanjary educational Academy ) / Educational Institute to meet or exceeds educational and industry standards as identified by society and reflected in the plan of training.

2. DEFINITION:

Society : Sanjary Educational Academy

Plan of Training : A plan of training programme details the full scope of learning for a technical training competencies and industries experience necessary to write an examination and complete the requirements of Training Programme / Course Certification.

3. PROCEDURES

The accreditation / Certification shall consist of the following steps:

Branches or Educational Institutes makes application (Form No. SEA HYD – AC – 01) to the Sanjary Educational Academy and pay the prescribed fees. The training program Accreditation process addresses the following in ensuring that the trainers, the facilities and the curriculum are of the highest quality and meet standards established and app • Admission and Retention policies and Standards

• Requirements for Certification

• Instructional Staff

• Faculty / Trainer Evaluation

• Educational facilities and equipment

• Students Success and Satisfaction Evaluation

The Society will be send accepted recommendation on accreditation.

The initial accreditation designation is for two years. Subsequent accreditation designation is for three years. During that time, the educational Institute / branches must report any change in an accredited program to Sanjary Educational Academy through the appropriate authorities. Any change that alters the conditions under which accreditation was awarded may require a reassessment.

4. MAINTENANCE OF ACCREDITATION OF TRAINING PROGRAMS

To maintain the accreditation status of their training programs, Educational Institute / Branches must submit an Annual Maintenance Report to Sanjary Educational Academy, (Registered office) which addresses any changes to the following items:

• Admission and retention policies and Standards

• Instructional Staff

• Faculty evaluation

• Educational facilities and Equipment

• Student Success and satisfaction Evaluation

Forms requesting the above information will be forwarded to the Educational Institute / Branches by the Society prior to the anniversary date of the accreditation.

In case failure to maintain terms and conditions of this Accreditation and agreement of Sanjary Educational Academy or misused of this accreditation by Educational Institute / Branches, could result in accreditation being revoked.

5. ACCREDITATION RENEWAL PROCESS

An Educational Institute / Branches that has had its program accreditation certificate up for renewal after completing its initial two years (2 year term) or after a three year (3 year term) re – accreditation will have to reapply to the Society for re – accreditation within 3 months prior to the expiry date.

At the end of the initial two year term or after a three year re- accreditation term, all accredited programs will be required to apply for re – accreditation. For all programs, the following elements must be addressed in the application for re – accreditation to the Society.

• Annual maintenance report

• Admission and Retention policies and Standards

• Instructional Staff

• Faculty Evaluation

• Educational facilities and equipment

• Student Success and Satisfaction Evaluation

Renewal requests received less than 3 months prior to expiry may cause a period or non – accreditation status.

Upon review of the re – accreditation application submission, the Society will confirm acceptance of renewal for Accreditation

6. DENIAL OF ACCREDITATION

An educational Institute that has had its application for accreditation denied by the Society may reapply after the findings have been addressed / rectified.n

7. APPROVAL OF FACILITY / TRAINER

The Branches / Educational Institute shall appoint Qualified and Experience Faculties / Trainers for Accredited Training programme after approval of Sanjary Educational Academy , Registered office, Hyderabad, A.P, India.

8. AWARD OF CERTIFICATE TO STUDENT / CANDIDATE

Sanjary Educational Academy, registered offices , Hyderabad, A.P., India shall be nominated a member / staff to conduct the examination for the students who successfully completed the course / accredited training programs. The examination will be conducted at Branches / Educational Institute premises Sanjary educational Academy will be issued a certificate to the student / Candidate after fulfillment of requirement of course / accredited training programme and passing the examination of specified course respectively.
